About The Role

We are looking to hire experienced Legal Partners with strong experience in the UAE market. We are open to candidates from different legal practice areas who can bring strong legal expertise, client relationships, and business development opportunities to the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advise clients on complex legal matters within your area of expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
• Leverage your professional network and client relationships to generate new matters.
• Lead and manage legal teams and provide guidance to associates and junior lawyers.
• Handle high-value and complex matters independently.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
• Work with other practice areas to provide clients with a complete range of legal services.
• Contribute to the strategic development of your practice area within the firm.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, with strong experience in the UAE.
• Current or previous experience at Partner, Counsel, Senior Associate, or equivalent senior level in a law firm.
• Strong expertise in your specific area of legal practice.
• Good understanding of the UAE legal and business environment.
• Proven experience managing complex and high-value legal matters.
• Strong client relationships and professional network in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and bring new clients or matters to the firm.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a legal team.
• UAE or internationally qualified lawyers with relevant UAE experience are welcome to apply.
