Persian Horizon is building an elite, retail-focused HNI investment ecosystem in the UAE. We are looking for a high-performing Partnership Acquisition Specialist who can open doors, build credibility quickly, and convert strategic relationships into consistent, revenue-generating partnerships. This is a high-impact role working with serious decision-makers and trusted partners in the HNI, wealth, luxury, and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire HNI gatekeepers, including private bankers, family offices, wealth managers, corporate advisors, and trusted intermediaries.
- Build invite-only, referral-led partnerships to expand access to high-quality investors and decision-makers.
- Drive engagement through meetings, roundtables, partner introductions, and structured onboarding.
- Convert relationships into measurable, repeatable revenue streams.
- Track and report on performance, pipeline, and outcomes to ensure targets are met.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UAE experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
- Strong network in HNI, wealth, luxury, or real estate sectors
- Proven ability to build and grow a channel/partnership-driven revenue model
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and accountable environment
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients or strategic partnerships
- Background in luxury, real estate, investment, or financial services
- Track record of driving revenue through partnerships or referral networks
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing multiple partners and initiatives
- Familiarity with pipeline and CRM tools for tracking partnerships and performance
