Overview:
The Partnership & Alliances Expert is responsible for managing strategic relationships with consulting, technology, and service partners to ensure effective collaboration, commercial alignment, and operational performance. The role focuses on overseeing partnership governance, commercial engagements, performance management, and coordination between external partners and internal stakeholders to support organizational objectives and delivery success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with strategic consulting, technology, and service partners to support business and operational goals.
- Coordinate partner engagement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, governance standards, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee commercial frameworks, contractual obligations, service agreements, and partnership terms to ensure compliance and mutual value realization.
- Monitor partner performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and operational assessments to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability.
- Act as the primary escalation point for commercial, contractual, or delivery-related issues involving external partners and suppliers.
- Support negotiation activities related to contracts, renewals, partnership terms, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal business, delivery, procurement, legal, and technical teams to ensure effective partner integration and coordination.
- Monitor partner dependency risks and support initiatives aimed at knowledge transfer, capability development, and reduced operational reliance on external parties.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of partnership governance frameworks, engagement models, and operational processes.
- Support strategic initiatives involving partner ecosystems, joint engagements, and collaborative opportunities.
- Maintain visibility into market trends, emerging technologies, and partner ecosystem developments relevant to the organization's strategic direction.
- Prepare partnership performance reports, governance updates, and executive-level summaries for management stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in contract management, vendor management, or project management are considered an advantage.
Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, vendor management, supplier management, or commercial relationship roles.
- Proven experience managing consulting, technology, or strategic service partner ecosystems.
- Strong experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
