Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnership Consultant with a strong focus on B2B channel and events partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building strategic alliances, nurturing partner communities, and representing the brand across industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert incoming B2B partnership inquiries into qualified business opportunities
  • Build, grow, and manage relationships with key partner firms, consultants, and corporate service providers
  • Conduct training, onboarding, and capability-building sessions for new and existing partners to elevate sales productivity
  • Lead regular partnership engagement activities, including monthly partner visits (minimum 35 per month), workshops, and event-based touchpoints
  • Attend and represent the Free Zone at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand the partner ecosystem
  • Organize and participate in B2B events, partner meetups, and community-building initiatives to strengthen engagement
  • Provide partners with updated knowledge on business formation processes, activity structures, eligibility, and policy changes
  • Ensure seamless partner experience through consistent communication and prompt query resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, and Marketing) to support partner-related cases and event initiatives
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking through mystery shopping and on-ground interactions
  • Deliver accurate, transparent, and structured guidance to partners throughout the inquiry-to-incorporation cycle
  • Maintain high conversion ratios through strong relationship management and service quality
  • Prepare periodic reports on partnership performance, event outcomes, and market trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 24 years of experience in a B2B partnerships, events, channel management, or ecosystem development role
  • Proven track record of driving partner engagement and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and partnership acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and strong administrative accuracy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to represent the Free Zone at events
  • Fluent in English; an additional language is an advantage
