Partnerships & B2B Development Account Manager (CSR & In-Kind Donations)

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to lead B2B partnerships with SMEs, suppliers, and donor companies. The role focuses on securing both financial and in-kind contributions to support our mission of fighting hunger across Egypt and maximizing our social impact.

#Key_Responsibilities:

1-Identify, engage, and manage B2B partnerships with SMEs, suppliers, and corporate donors aligned with our mission and values.

2-Develop tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and B2B collaboration models.

3-Secure financial contributions and in-kind donations (mainly food items) based on organizational needs.

4-Build, manage, and sustain strong long-term relationships with corporate partners and suppliers.

5-Support fundraising campaigns, corporate engagement activities, and national donation campaigns.

6-Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouses, and Quality teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, and compliance.

7-Ensure all in-kind donations meet quality, safety, and governance standards.

8-Track, document, and analyze partnership performance using CRM and electronic systems.

9-Prepare periodic reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

10-Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

#Requirements & Qualifications:

1-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2-35 years of experience in B2B partnerships, CSR, donations management, client relations, or supply chain.

3-Strong B2B communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

4-High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple partnerships.

5-Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

6-Knowledge of food safety and quality systems is a plus.
