Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help

drive the growth of our partner ecosystem and support with

marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating channel and referral

partnership outreach and onboarding, maintaining accurate CRM data, and helping with the planning

and execution of marketing activities and events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

ensuring our partnership and marketing efforts are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and proactive, with a strong self-starter

mindset, confident managing multiple workstreams, and capable of supporting senior leadership

through reliable administrative, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Coordination

Manage outreach on behalf of the CEO and Director of Strategic Growth & Partnerships to

potential channel and referral partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and well-structured

communication.

Schedule partnership meetings, maintain leadership calendars related to partner activity, and

ensure all preparation materials are complete.

Manage communications with existing partners and facilitate the onboarding of new partners,

including gathering all necessary documentation and providing training to Auxilium's sales and

customer success teams on new partner

offerings.

Assist with partnership agreements, compliance checks, and maintain an organised

repository/directory for all partnership documentation.

Track partnership performance, renewals, deliverables, and reporting requirements to support

commercial decision-making.

Coordinate joint marketing, events, or business development activities with active

partners.

Maintain accurate CRM records for all partnership activity.

Marketing & Events Coordination

Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, newsletters, and marketing

campaigns.

Maintain marketing databases and ensure content libraries are kept organised.

Support the development of brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional

materials.

Provide event support including planning, logistics, vendor management, registration, attendee

communication, and onsite coordination.

Coordinate industry networking activities and promotional initiatives.

Assist with bookings for video, photography, and content shoots, liaising with external vendors

as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to

represent the business professionally to partners, clients, and vendors.

Advanced Organisation & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams,

prioritise effectively, and maintain structure across complex schedules and documentation.

CRM & Systems Proficiency: Confident using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft

Office Suite, and other project or marketing tools.

High Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reviewing

client or partner information.

Proactive, Self-Starter Attitude: Able to anticipate needs, follow up independently, and keep

processes moving without supervision.

Event & Marketing Support Skills: Experience or aptitude in coordinating events, marketing

tasks, or content scheduling.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with senior leadership, external

partners, and cross-functional teams.
