About the Role
Join Loynova as a Partnerships Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth through strategic merchant acquisition and the development of long-term, high-value partnerships. In this dynamic role, you will act as a key liaison between merchants and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of tailored solutions that drive revenue and market expansion. Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new merchants to expand Loynova's portfolio and drive revenue through redemption fees.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key business managers and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Account Growth & Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing merchant base, working closely with the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor merchant performance using key metrics and analytics, providing actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
- Issue Resolution & Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates to internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively at all levels, including C-suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
