About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic, self-motivated, and innovation-driven team player to join our global growth function as an International Business Development & Partnerships Manager.

This role is central to scaling our ecosystem by forging strategic partnerships, scouting innovation, and driving new products into emerging and developed markets.

You will act as a growth catalyst across borders, bringing together insurers, startups, investors, and enablers in the insurance and FinTech space.

The ideal candidate is not only commercially astute but also AI-awareunderstanding how technologies like AI will reshape value chains and augment business development, market intelligence, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and lead strategic and commercial partnerships globally.
• Scout and engage startups, accelerators, and venture ecosystems.
• Drive the launch and go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Co-develop partnership offerings with internal teams.
• Represent the company at international events.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize business development workflows.
• Build and manage partnership performance pipelines.

Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years in business development or strategic commercial roles.
• Experience in at least two different roles/organizations.
• Insurance sector experience is required (non-IT/IT services).
• Experience with startup ecosystems and innovation scouting.
• Track record in product launches and cross-border growth.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Willing to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with InsurTech, embedded insurance, or AI platforms.
• Network in VC, innovation, or regulatory ecosystems.
• Understanding of AI in business development
• Emerging markets exposure is a plus
