Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to expand Cargoz's network of strategic partners, warehouse operators, and business collaborators. This role is key to driving growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships that create long-term value for both our partners and our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with warehouse owners, logistics companies, and related industry players.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaboration.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure partnership terms align with business goals.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute partnership strategies.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent Cargoz at industry events, networking sessions, and trade exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce sectors).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the GCC logistics and warehousing landscape is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
