About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations and business growth through new partnerships. This is a commission-based role, ideal for professionals with strong networks in wellness, healthcare, fitness, lifestyle, or corporate sectors who are confident in closing mutually beneficial deals.
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new partners that align with the company's brand and service offerings. Compensation is tied directly to the number and value of successful partnerships secured.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify and approach potential partners including clinics, gyms, wellness centers, corporates, influencers, and service providers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective collaboration opportunities.
Present partnership proposals aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
Negotiation & Closing
Lead discussions, negotiations, and agreement structuring with potential partners.
Secure signed partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
Coordinate internally to activate partnerships and ensure delivery.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with partners to encourage renewals and upsell opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication and performance reviews.
Market & Opportunity Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor partnerships.
Suggest new collaboration models, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, signed partners, and deal values.
Ensure all partnerships comply with company policies and local regulations.
Compensation Structure
Commission-Based: Earnings are directly linked to each successful partnership secured and activated.
Higher commission tiers may apply based on deal size, recurring revenue, or strategic value.
No fixed salary; designed for high performers with strong closing ability.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Existing professional network in Dubai is highly preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Understanding of wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality.
