Partnerships Manager Middle East

Stitch is unified financial platform — cards, lending, wallets, deposits, payments and ledgers on one API-first platform. Instead of stitching together separate vendors, banks, fintechs and non-financial companies use us to launch and scale financial products from a single system, faster and cheaper than building it themselves.

You will own Stitch's partner ecosystem across Middle East — the core banking implementation partners and SIs guiding banks through technology transformation, the hyperscaler teams behind their cloud strategy, and the channel players who extend our reach across the region. The role is about building an ecosystem that positions Stitch as a trusted partner: joint go-to-market plans, technical enablement, co-selling motions, and relationships strong enough that partners bring us into conversations early, not just at the point of a lead.

You will works alongside the Head of Partnerships, closely with Sales and Solutions teams

What you'll do

• Develop and prioritise Stitch's SI, hyperscaler and channel partner strategy across the GCC
• Structure, negotiate and manage partnership agreements — co-sell, referral, joint delivery — built for long-term value on both sides
• Enable partners with the training, positioning and technical context they need to represent Stitch well
• Work closely with Sales and Solutions to align partner engagement with account strategy and support joint deals through to delivery
• Represent Stitch at regional fintech and banking events, building the relationships that sustain the ecosystem
• Report on partnership health and impact, including pipeline influenced, to leadership

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years in partnerships, alliances or business development — fintech, banking technology or SaaS preferred
• Established relationships or strong familiarity with the GCC SI/hyperscaler ecosystem
• Skilled negotiator, comfortable structuring agreements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Based in Dubai or Riyadh; Arabic a strong plus
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Effective cross-functional collaborator in a fast-moving, distributed team
