To accelerate this journey, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager to build, manage, and scale a high-impact ecosystem of technology partners and vendors that supports sustainable growth and market leadership.

Role Summary

The Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic technology partnerships that enhance NourNet's value proposition and competitive position. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive long-term, mutually beneficial relationships across the ICT and digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology partners aligned with NourNet's digital and commercial strategy
• Lead partnership negotiations, agreements, and ongoing relationship management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology and solution partners
• Collaborate with technical, sales, marketing, and product teams on joint initiatives and go-to-market activities
• Define, track, and report on partnership KPIs, performance, and business impact
• Conduct market and ecosystem analysis to identify new partnership opportunities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and proactively manage partnership-related risks

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
• Native Arabic speaker with strong professional communication skills in English
• 57 years of experience in ICT and digital partnerships, alliances, and vendor management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi ICT market and regulatory environment
