We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who can build and scale these strategic relationships, drive revenue growth through alliances, and position Seqoon as a leader in AI-powered business solutions.

Job Description

As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a wide range of partnerships, with a focus on Channel Partners (resellers, referral networks, system integrators) who can take Sai to market, and Strategic Partnerships with key enterprises, technology vendors, and ecosystem players to expand distribution and adoption.

You will design the partner program, recruit and enable partners (SIs, BPOs/CCaaS, CRMs/ISVs, telcos/WhatsApp BSPs, distributors), and drive partner-sourced ARR end-to-end. This is a highly cross-functional role working with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure our partners are successful and motivated to drive Sai's growth.

Responsibilities

Partner & Channel Strategy

  • Define partner motions: Referral, Reseller/VAR, MSP, Distributor (two-tier), ISV/Technology.
  • Establish commercial frameworks aligned to Sai's policy (e.g., payouts after client's first payment, annual ACV-based commissions, renewal incentives).

Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Prioritize and sign Top partners across GCC & Egypt: SIs, BPO/contact centers, CCaaS/CPaaS, CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zendesk/Freshworks), telcos/WhatsApp BSPs, distributors.
  • Navigate vendor registration and procurement; secure executive sponsorship on both sides.

Enablement & Co-Selling

  • Build a scalable enablement kit: ICP, discovery guides, demo scripts, ROI/TCO decks, security & compliance FAQs.
  • Run joint account planning, deal-reg, and field training; orchestrate intros, demos, POCs with Sales & Pre-Sales.

Commercials, Legal & Compliance

  • Standardize referral & channel agreements with Legal/Finance (commission logic, ACV/renewal mechanics, SLAs).
  • Oversee compliance: data privacy, InfoSec responses, and KYC for partners where required.

Product Feedback Loop

  • Channel market intel and integration requests back to Product (marketplace listings, packaged bundles).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales (preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software).
  • Proven experience building channel partner networks as well as negotiating strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to craft mutually beneficial deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing partner programs, incentives, and GTM strategies.
