We are seeking a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to lead client acquisition and build long-term hiring partnerships across the region, with a strong emphasis on penetrating and growing the Saudi market.

About The Role

This is a revenue-generating, client-facing position responsible for:

  • Securing new client partnerships across the GCC
  • Driving strategic growth in Saudi Arabia
  • Converting outbound and inbound leads into signed agreements
  • Selling contingent and retained recruitment solutions
  • Developing long-term enterprise hiring partnerships
  • Key Responsibilities

    New Business Development (GCC Wide)

    • Identify and target high-growth companies across UAE, KSA and wider GCC
    • Proactively build pipeline via LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach
    • Lead intro calls, pitch meetings and commercial negotiations
    • Convert meetings into signed terms and live recruitment mandates
    • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting

    Saudi Market Penetration (Strategic Priority)

    • Develop targeted outreach strategy for Saudi-based and Saudi-expanding companies
    • Build relationships with decision-makers in KSA (HR Directors, Founders, CEOs, COOs)
    • Position Pink Camel as a trusted cross-border hiring partner
    • Secure anchor Saudi accounts with recurring hiring needs

    Arabic language capability is advantageous but not essential if strong commercial ability is demonstrated.

    Strategic Partnerships & Account Growth

    • Sell annual hiring partnerships
    • Promote retained search offerings
    • Introduce value-added services (salary benchmarking, Jobsite access, etc.)
    • Identify multi-role and multi-country hiring opportunities

    Revenue Ownership

    • Own new revenue target
    • Forecast monthly performance
    • Track conversion ratios (meetings signed clients live roles revenue)
    • Collaborate closely with recruitment team to ensure role clarity and delivery

    Candidate Profile

    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Experience selling into GCC markets (Saudi exposure highly desirable)
    • Confident negotiating at C-level
    • KPI-driven and commercially accountable

    Arabic speaking is a strong advantage, but commercial performance is the primary hiring criteria.
