A leading free zone in Dubai is seeking an experienced Partnership Consultant to join its commercial team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in partnership development within the UAE, who are skilled at building and managing strategic relationships that drive business growth.
While experience within the Business Setup / Corporate Services industry is preferred, candidates with relevant partnership experience from the Events or Retail sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across Dubai and the wider UAE
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Identify collaboration opportunities to increase brand visibility and revenue
- Manage and grow existing partnerships to maximise performance
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven partnership experience in the UAE market is mandatory
- Background in Business Setup preferred; Events or Retail industry experience acceptable
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own car mandatory
- Strong understanding of the UAE business ecosystem
- Ability to work in a relationship-driven, target-focused environment
