Partnerships Specialist (UAE National)

Our client, one of the well-established international Bank in the UAE is currently searching for a highly reliable Partnerships Specialist to support the Merchant Business Unit located in the UAE.

The role

- Champion Cardmember Offers, Regional Marketing Campaigns, and Event Activations

- Sign and renew offers with industry-specific outreach, acquiring new partners

- Analyze offer success for renewal or restructuring and focus on joint marketing

- Enhance brand awareness through monthly UAE POC emails

- Manage merchant complaints and address them within agreed TATs

- Monitor and act on staff feedback from the activity tracker

- Support the merchant team in business reviews for key clients

- Conduct monthly reviews of key merchant groups and other key merchants

- Devise partnerships to boost business volumes for top droppers

Client Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or key account management

- Proven partnership capabilities and commercial orientation

- Excellent event management and strong planning skills

- Strong numerical, data, and presentation skills

- Ability to influence and build relationships internally and externally

- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and team player with a proactive attitude
