What you'll do
Parts Sales & Customer Support – Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and supplying the correct parts based on vehicle requirements. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information while delivering excellent customer service.
Inventory & Stock Management – Monitor inventory levels, process parts requests, and ensure stock availability to support workshop and retail operations. Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock records and minimize shortages.
Order Processing & Coordination – Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts. Follow up on backorders and keep customers informed of order status.
Parts Identification & Documentation – Use electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealer management systems to accurately identify and issue parts. Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, warranties, and inventory movements.
Showroom & Warehouse Operations – Ensure parts are properly stored, labeled, and displayed in accordance with company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while supporting regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Reporting & Compliance – Maintain accurate records of parts sales, inventory transactions, and customer requests. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and manufacturer standards.
Who you are
Saudi National – Essential for this role in alignment with MHERO KSA's localization strategy.
Experienced in automotive parts operations – 2–4 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or in automotive spare parts sales, preferably within a dealership environment. Experience with Chinese automotive brands is a strong advantage.
Strong product knowledge and attention to detail – You can accurately identify, source, and recommend the correct parts while maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory and documentation.
Customer-focused and service-oriented – You build positive relationships with customers, service advisors, and technicians, providing efficient support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English – You can communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in both languages.
Organized and proactive – You can manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment while meeting operational deadlines.
