Job Responsibilities
- Build relationship with customers for long term partnership and mutual benefits.
- Help in Monitoring market environment and feedback to parts manager.
- Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department and retail customers.
- Measure performance and plan for improvements.
- Supervise branch parts sales team to meet business plan objectives as assigned by parts manager.
- Monitors and adjusts inventory within the branch to minimize obsolescence.
- Maintain manpower development & cost control at branch level.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent is prefrable
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive parts sales
- Excellent knowledge of SAP is advantage
- Strong communication skills, internal and external.
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
- Integrity to match company image and Innovation for continual improvements.
- Customer focus to meet changing market expectation.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
