Job Summary
To drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement by planning and delivering impactful customer presentations, managing Importers relationships, and overseeing account performance.
The role involves conducting price surveys, monitoring competitor activity, supporting the implementation of commercial policies, and coordinating communication and promotional activities across the Importers network to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive channel sales revenue and expand market share across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with resellers and channel partners.
- Prepare and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that ensure both competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct regular price surveys to benchmark against competitors and ensure market-aligned pricing.
- Define, implement, and monitor adherence to the commercial policy, including discount structures, payment terms, and promotional frameworks.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with resellers.
- Track and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Ensure timely, clear, and effective communication with all channel stakeholders.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance support to importers to strengthen their sales capabilities and alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Spare Parts sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a multinational environment.
