Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for a qualified Parts Procurement Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of spare parts based on business and operational requirements.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare and issue RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the Parts, Sales, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor stock requirements and support the replenishment of required parts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
- Support cost optimization while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Experience in spare parts procurement is required.
- Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of RFQs, POs, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and negotiation.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
