Job Purpose
As a Parts Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional service. You will oversee parts sales operations, promote product awareness, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales operations and business development to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sell automotive parts and accessories, while promoting monthly offers and campaigns.
- Supervise sales executives (without direct managerial authority) and ensure adherence to business procedures.
- Manage payment receivables for cash and credit customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records using Autoline and prepare documentation per AS-DOS standards.
- Track lost sales and follow up on pending opportunities to meet KPI conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S standards, and uphold professional conduct.
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager on escalated issues and contribute to departmental goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 35 years of experience in sales supervisory roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven ability to meet demanding targets and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
