Patient Care Specialist/Medical Receptionist

Role Description The Patient Care Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to clients throughout their wellness journey at SEED. Daily responsibilities include welcoming and registering clients, explaining services and procedures, coordinating appointments, and assisting practitioners with non-clinical aspects of direct patient care. The role involves monitoring client comfort and safety, documenting relevant health information, and using appropriate medical and wellness terminology when communicating with clients and team members. The Patient Care Specialist collaborates closely with wellness practitioners, maintains a clean and organized environment, and helps ensure that each client experience reflects SEED's holistic and respectful approach to health.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear, respectful interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic Medicine concepts to understand and convey wellness information accurately.
• Experience in a clinical, wellness, or healthcare setting and familiarity with holistic or integrative care is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Doha, with flexible hours, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, client-centered approach, with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
