Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients upon their arrival, addressing inquiries professionally, and overseeing the front desk and reception area. Strong clerical and organizational tasks will be required alongside effective communication with both patients and medical staff to ensure seamless interactions and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is highly advantageous
• Strong Communication skills with a focus on interpersonal sensitivity and professionalism
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare is must.
