Job Description

We're looking for a Patient Experience Specialist to join our Strategic Management team and support the continuous enhancement of patient experience across the organization.

This role focuses on monitoring the performance of Patient Experience operations, analyzing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring patient experience initiatives are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate Patient Experience team performance against established KPIs.
  • Analyze patient satisfaction data, complaints, and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Track the implementation of patient experience initiatives and action plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely execution of improvement projects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support strategic projects related to service excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and patient experience objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Patient Experience, Quality, Healthcare Operations, PMO, or Strategic Management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with KPI monitoring and performance reporting is a plus.
