Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Handle social media inquiries, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Provide accurate information about our services.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
.Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
1 to 3 years of experience as a call center agent is a must.
Medical background is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
.Fluency in English language is a plus.
Location:
New Cairo.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week / rotational 8 hours (including night shift ends at 10:00Pm)
