The Patient Navigator / Call Center Representative is responsible for managing patient communications and coordinating appointment-related activities. The role involves conducting outbound calls to patients for scheduling, appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up purposes. The incumbent will assist patients with appointment setup, rescheduling, and cancellations while providing guidance and support throughout their care journey.
Key duties include following up with patients regarding treatment plans, referrals, and healthcare services, serving as a primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The role also requires sending and receiving medical and administrative faxes, maintaining accurate records of all patient interactions, and documenting updates within the system.
Additionally, the Patient Navigator will recap and summarize patient communications, appointment outcomes, and follow-up actions, while coordinating with healthcare providers and internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient service delivery.
Work Conditions
- Midday shift 4pm to 1am
- Fixed working days and days-off
- 5 Working days
- Full-time, on-site role

Qualifications
- Graduates, undergraduates, and university drop-outs are welcome to apply.
- C1 English proficiency – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous Customer Service / Call Center experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage calls, follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling patient information and appointment records.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software/EMR systems.
- Ability to follow procedures, document interactions accurately, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
