Job Purpose:
Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver and perform Accounts Payable activities while continuously improving P2P procedures and processes If so, this is the role for you.
As Finance Service Delivery and Procure to Pay Staff you will be responsible for performing P2P activities, ensuring all pay costs and related deductions are properly accounted for and that Vendors and employees are paid in accordance with their contracts. You will also proactively seek resolutions on issues that arise from assigned processes
Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Review and execute (In SAP) payment proposals.
- Prepare manual payments thru bank portals.
- Coordinate with bank signatories to fulfill all reviewing inquiries.
- Managing all documentation related to trade finance activities (LC'S, LG'S, IDC'S etc.)
- Interaction with banks on daily basis and maintain good relationship to facilitate company workflow.
- Preparation of the P2P month end closing activities
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, (purchasing, accounts payable etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the daily operations.
- Prepare internal control framework (ICFW)
- Review and approve new vendors bank details on system.
- Prepare KPIS for P2P department.
- Resolve vendors and employee's queries efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise on AP daily operations.
- Ensure that all the P2P activities complies with all SOP's and audit requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Treasury rule
- SAP expert
- Fluent in English ( written & spoken )
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- CPA or CMA
- Ability to understand SOPs and procedures
- Knowledge of Tax law
- Ability to problem solve
- Innovative thinker
- Excellent communication skills
