Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Execute vendor, payroll, intercompany, and other approved payments through banking platforms and ERP systems.
- Ensure payments comply with approval matrices, policies, and segregation of duties.
- Validate beneficiary bank details and payment documentation before execution.
- Monitor payment status and resolve rejected or failed transactions with banks.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Treasury teams on payment schedules.
- Maintain payment files, confirmations, and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities related to payments.
- Assist internal and external auditors with payment-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting.
- Qualitied treasury professional (CTP) or qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a payment and treasury roles.
Skills
- Must have a very strong analytical skill, meticulous, detail-oriented
- High level of computer literacy with specific requirements for Kyriba, One Stream, Dynamics 365, Excel, PPT.
Languages
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
Important Requirements:
- The Applicant should have treasury experience (not in a bank) but rather in a Manufacturing industry.
