About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Payments Team at Hantec Markets. The Payments Team ensures the smooth processing of client financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account credits. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of payment processing and reconciliation practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing Deposits
- Accurately review and process client deposit requests in a timely manner.
- Verify and validate payment details to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any deposit discrepancies.
2. Processing Withdrawals
- Review and approve client withdrawal requests in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure secure and timely disbursement of funds.
- Address and resolve client queries related to withdrawal processing.
3. Posting Credits and Bonuses
- Accurately post credits and bonuses to client accounts as per promotional guidelines or client agreements.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all account postings.
- Monitor and reconcile bonus postings to prevent discrepancies.
4. Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account postings.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in transaction records.
- Maintain detailed reconciliation reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
5. Payment Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payment-related inquiries.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of client requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a payments or finance-related role, preferably within a forex brokerage.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and reconciliation practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in payment and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
