About the Role Agility Infrastructure is currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. In this critical role, you will ensure the flawless execution and integrity of our payroll operations while maintaining strict compliance with local financial and labour regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset who can seamlessly integrate with our finance and human resources functions.

Education Prospective candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A strong preference will be given to graduates who completed their studies within an English section.

Technical Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel functions and possess extensive, hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems, with a particular preference for Oracle HRMS. A fundamental requirement for this position is a comprehensive, practical knowledge of Egyptian labour law, complemented by extensive expertise in navigating and applying local tax regulations and social security mandates.

Responsibilities As a core member of our operations, your primary responsibility will be directing the end-to-end payroll process. This encompasses generating and overseeing all related payroll and financial documentation, including General Ledger entries, bank files, and detailed costing distributions. You will meticulously manage the administration of all employee absencesincluding annual, sick, and maternity leavesalongside handling indemnity provisions and leave encashment. To guarantee absolute financial accuracy, you will be tasked with reconciling payroll, bank, and general ledger accounts prior to transmission and validating all confirmed reports. Furthermore, you will calculate and process the monthly social insurance and tax payments, prepare accurate final financial settlements for departing employees, and compile the final salary transfer data for bank processing.
