Payroll Acquisition Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Cross-Selling Execution

1. Identify cross-selling opportunities within payroll client portfolios by reviewing client needs to increase product penetration.
2. Support bundled product promotions through coordinated client engagement to maximize revenue opportunities.
3. Assist managers in preparing cross-sell proposals to accelerate decision-making and conversion.
4. Track sales activities systematically to maintain visibility of pipeline performance.

Client Engagement

1. Engage payroll clients to understand financial requirements and position relevant banking products to strengthen relationships.
2. Coordinate follow-ups after client meetings to support timely sales closure.
3. Facilitate product onboarding documentation to ensure accurate processing.
4. Communicate onboarding updates to clients to build confidence and transparency.

Operational Coordination

1. Liaise with internal departments to process product applications efficiently to meet service timelines.
2. Monitor onboarding milestones to prevent delays and maintain service reliability.
3. Maintain accurate sales records to support reporting and performance evaluation.
4. Adhere to bank policies during sales execution to protect compliance integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Senior Officer: 3 - 6 years of relevant sales experience, Branches, Payroll and Operations exposure is a plus.
• Officer: 1 - 3 years of relevant sales or operations experience, preferably banking.
• Junior Officer: 0 - 1 year of relevant experience, preferably banking.
