Job Description
Prepare and process monthly payroll for hospital employees.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Track attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
Handle new employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare contracts, renewals, and employee letters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary payments.
Handle social insurance and medical insurance procedures.
Update employee data in the HR system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years experience in HR payroll or personnel (preferably in healthcare or hospitals).
Good knowledge of labor law and payroll systems.
