Job Description:
Payroll Expert with Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect payroll solutions aligned with business and HR requirements.
- Provide functional expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
- Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support payroll integrations, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant Saudi Arabia regulations and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Payroll Architecture / Payroll Consulting.
- Hands-on expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
- Experience with HRIS/ERP payroll solutions and integrations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and Saudi payroll requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite
