The role of the Payroll Associate is to perform specific professional activities within the Payroll Team, in an accurate manner and according to strict deadlines
A Day in the Life
- Ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees salaries
- Prepares bank transfer / upload for salaries and other manual payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform regular daily audit checks over critical info-types
- Prepares manual booking, as necessary, and assist Accounting Operations in their reconciliation on a regular basis, ledger balances (on withholding tax, loans and other accounts affecting payroll)
- Ensures reports submitted on monthly basis with 100% timeliness
- Conducting payroll posting
- Participate to specific HR projects which have an impact on payroll processes and can improve the current practices
- Take initiatives to learn more about business, processes, legislation to efficiently perform day to day payroll activities. Keen on learning and acquiring knowledge of systems.
AM I a GOOD FIT
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 0-1 years of experience in relevant field
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Sap Experience is a plus
- Great sense of confidentiality
- Precise and accurate with numbers
- Time management
- Fluent in english
