Our client is a financial services firm located in the heart of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). They are seeking a meticulous and bilingual Payroll & HR Specialist to manage our payroll operations and support our HR functions with precision and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Interpret and apply ADGM employment laws and regulations
- Manage and support HR administration including onboarding, benefits, and employee documentation
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure alignment
- Utilize HRMS and payroll software to streamline processes
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in payroll
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of ADGM employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi and available to work 100% on-site
