Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and manage payroll data within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Handle payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience in payroll management or a related role.

Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance standards.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
