Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an experienced Payroll and Offboarding to plays a crucial role in managing payroll functions and overseeing the offboarding process within the HR operations. Their primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while efficiently handling employee exits in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
Payroll:
- Collecting and verifying timekeeping information and payroll data
- Calculating wages, deductions, and adjustments
- Processing payroll transactions accurately and on time
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees
Offboarding:
- Coordinating with relevant departments to initiate and complete offboarding procedures.
- Conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback
- Managing documentation and paperwork related to employee exits.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements during offboarding.
Primary Duties:
- Reviewing and processing payroll transactions
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Initiating and overseeing offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to payroll and offboarding activities
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager (LM) related to Payroll & Offboarding duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of payroll and offboarding processing principles and regulations.
- Strong background of The Saudi Labor Law and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of offboarding procedures and employment laws
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address payroll-related issues and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and HR operations. (2 Years)
