Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Officer to manage and process employee payroll activities accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience and strong knowledge of payroll procedures, employee records management, and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the scheduled timeline.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and related documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Monitor and verify timesheets and attendance records.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
- Assist in payroll audits and reconciliation processes.
- Support the preparation of end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and other payroll transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
