Position Summary
The Regional HR Coordinator will support HR operations across MEA and APAC. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll coordination, compliance with regional statutory requirements, accurate HR data management, and strong employee relations. This position works closely with HR, Finance, external vendors, and country teams to ensure payroll accuracy, timely submissions, and consistent HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate the full payroll cycle for MEA and APAC countries in scope.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate all payroll inputs including overtime, allowances, deductions, and attendance data.
- Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
- Track payments and submissions related to statutory bodies such as GOSI (KSA), PASSI (Oman), Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (UAE), and equivalent authorities across the region.
- Monitor and update employee and employer contributions ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Reconcile monthly payroll reports with Finance and support payroll audits when required.
Vendor and Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with health and life insurance providers for additions, deletions, renewals, and claims support.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy before submitting for approval and payment.
- Maintain records of employee coverage, eligibility, and contract terms.
HR Systems, Data, and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the HRMS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, salary changes, and personal data updates.
- Oversee time and attendance data, ensuring records are complete and discrepancies are resolved.
- Generate monthly HR and payroll reports as needed.
- Generate and update the monthly Business Unit, ROFO and Head Count reports
Employee Engagement and Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR related queries, payroll clarifications, benefits, and policy guidance.
- Support HR engagement activities, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Help resolve employee issues with professionalism while maintaining confidentiality.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all HR processes adhere to labor laws across MEA and APAC regions.
- Maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
