Job Summary
We are seeking a
Payroll & Personnel Specialist with
2–4 years of experience to manage payroll processing and personnel administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Handle employee contracts, onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and submit required HR and personnel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee attendance, leave balances, and related records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payroll and personnel matters.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
- Support HR initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Good understanding of labor law, payroll processes, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred.
