Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Specialist, based in Maadi with some remote work flexibility. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing and administrative duties, including handling employee records, calculating compensation, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes. The role involves maintaining high accuracy in payroll services and interpreting payroll-related regulations to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
- Proficiency in managing Payroll Taxes and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Experience handling onboarding and off boarding related to payroll and HR Letters.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to handle complex payroll systems
- Familiarity with payroll software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve payroll discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Previous experience in a payroll-related role; experience in supporting international payroll is a plus
