Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mexico City for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will handle and oversee key payroll processing activities such as calculating wages, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing garnishments, overseeing payroll services, addressing employee queries, and handling payroll records accurately and confidentially.

- Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and managing compliance with tax regulations
- Expertise in Garnishments and Payroll Services
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using payroll software and tools
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
