Logi one of Jahez Group Subsidiary, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for executing day-to-day payroll operations, including the processing of employee wages, benefits, and deductions. Ensures accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement while serving as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and process timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations.
- Execute payroll transactions, including adjustments, overtime, bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions, using designated payroll systems or software.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company payroll policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update accurate payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, and related documentation.
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports and summaries for management, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
- Analyze payroll trends and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Generate and distribute payroll-related documentation, including direct deposit forms, tax withholding forms, salary advances, and end-of-year tax statements (e.g., W-2 equivalents).
- Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to employees.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accuracy and alignment of employee and payroll data.
- Communicate payroll schedules, deadlines, and relevant policies to employees and managers as necessary.
- Collaborate with HR to optimize and integrate payroll processes with HR systems and organizational policies.

- Strong understanding of tax laws, benefits, and other payroll-related regulations.

- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years with sector-specific experience.
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
