Job Description

Payroll Specialist
Summary:
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime hours. They maintain payroll records, update employee information, and handle payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Job requirements:
Process the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant
and timely manner by following all internal procedures and processes as well as
applicable laws and regulations.
Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
Create monthly payroll reports, which includes the
pre-process journal and final journal for review, reconciliations and approvals
Review & approve routine updates to employee/job
information and system functions, such as rules and workflows.
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving
concerns.
Calculate the monthly salary, overtime, deductions,
bonuses, etc.
Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the
data and update all databases.
Prepare and
review payroll account reconciliations.
Issuing Banks cards for new hires.
Qualifications:
0 to 3 experiences in Human Capital employee Services
& payroll processing.
Excellent Excel user
knowledge of pay tax law and social & medical
insurance law is preferred
Ability to deal
with top confidential data
SAP Success factors User is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Organized and self-disciplined
