Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations using SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role involves assisting in end-to-end payroll processing, validating payroll results, supporting payroll system configuration, and generating accurate reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll system configuration and payroll rules is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
Job Description:

- Support payroll configuration activities, including wage types, infotypes, and payroll schemas.
- Perform payroll validations and reconcile payroll results to ensure accuracy.
- Generate standard payroll reports and provide data for management reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in payroll audits and documentation.
- Support payroll system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities
