Job Description

Job Summary

  • Process monthly payroll of employees.
  • Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and shift records.
  • Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and project/site teams to collect payroll inputs.
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary reconciliations, and bank transfer files.
  • Maintain employee payroll records with complete confidentiality.
  • Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Qualification / Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRMS software (e.g., Menaitech).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
