Job Summary
- Process monthly payroll of employees.
- Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and shift records.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and project/site teams to collect payroll inputs.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary reconciliations, and bank transfer files.
- Maintain employee payroll records with complete confidentiality.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
Qualification / Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRMS software (e.g., Menaitech).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
