Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Supervisor role based in Giza. The Payroll Supervisor will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating payroll data, managing deductions and benefits, handling garnishments and payroll taxes, and reconciling payroll accounts. The role will also involve coordinating with HR and Accounting to maintain accurate employee records, respond to payroll inquiries, and support audits and reporting requirements. The Payroll Supervisor will continually improve payroll processes, provide guidance to payroll staff, and contribute to maintaining a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in payroll administration and payroll processing, including end-to-end cycle management.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to garnishments and payroll taxes, including statutory compliance and accurate calculation of deductions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in employee benefits administration, including coordinating with HR to ensure accurate benefits-related deductions and records.
  • Candidates should possess accounting-related skills, such as payroll reconciliation, journal entries, and basic financial reporting.
  • Relevant experience as a Payroll Supervisor or in a senior payroll role, ideally within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and payroll regulations, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
