The PCB Technician is responsible for PCB assembly, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The role involves operating SMD/PCB assembly equipment, conducting soldering and rework, and ensuring assembled PCBs meet quality and customer requirements.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PCB Assembly / SMD production.
- Experience with Stencil Printers, Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, SPI, Selective Soldering, and Conformal Coating.
- Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole components.
- IPC Class III soldering and PCB rework experience.
- Experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and component-level repair.
- Knowledge of IPC/J-STD standards, electronic components, schematics, and 5S.
- Good MS Office skills and attention to detail.
