We are looking for a
PCG Data Management Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead engineering change execution, maintain production data, manage product labels, and optimize systems and processes. You will also support new product introduction and resolve production abnormalities to ensure smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Engineering change execution - Lead end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) in the factory.
- Maintain production data by performing accurate entry, updates, and verification in systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP. Ensure production data is accurate and traceable to support production.
- Label management - Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels in compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory standards.
- System process optimization - Identify pain points in manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes; propose and implement optimization solutions to improve efficiency and usability.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by completing engineering preparation to ensure timely mass production.
- Resolve production abnormalities quickly, organize root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize impact and reduce downtime.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
- Proficiency in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
