Job Brief
We are looking for a kind and caring Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist.
In this role, you will help children live better lives. You will work with infants, kids, and teens who need support for physical or developmental challenges.
You will assess their needs, plan treatment, and guide families. You will also work with a team of experts to give the best care.
Responsibilities
- Check and understand each child's condition
- Diagnose issues like cerebral palsy, autism, and other disabilities
- Create simple and clear treatment plans for each child
- Work closely with therapists and doctors
- Suggest therapies, tools, and medicines when needed
- Track progress and update treatment plans
- Teach parents how to support their child at home
- Keep clear and correct medical records
- Join team meetings and share ideas
- Stay updated with new methods in child care
Qualifications
- MBBS or similar medical degree
- Specialization in Pediatrics or Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation (preferred)
- Valid medical license (DHA / HAAD / MOH or equivalent)
- 3 to 7 years of experience in pediatric care
- Good knowledge of child development and rehab methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in early intervention programs
- Knowledge of assistive devices and tools
- Caring and patient-focused attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Arabic is a plus)
